Facebook Attribution Is Now Available For All Markers
After one year of beta testing Facebook Attribution is now publically available.
In March 2017, Facebook has started testing its new data attribution solution for marketers. The free tool Facebook attribution will help marketers measure their campaigns on and off Facebook.

Facebook attribution is powered by the Facebook Pixel and it can report on campaigns across the four of Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network and Messenger. The reports generated by Facebook attribution are designed to show social media marketers how Facebook Ad campaigns are impacting touchpoints throughout the customer journey and which channels are driving traffic, conversions, and eventually purchases.
It’s like Google attribution model, Facebook like any modern marketing platform uses machine learning to account for incremental conversions for Ads across it platforms.
The reports offer cross-device conversion visualizations (example shown above), insights into purchases resulting from paid, organic and direct sources, as well as conversion and visit metrics broken down by sources.
